I followed the steps indicated Angel and then Paul . They are:
1) I uploaded the image to vectorize.
2) The vectorized. For this I went to Journey (or Stroke in Inkscape 0.46) / Trace bitmap.
3) Then select the resulting object and ungroup.
4) Choose one of them.
5) With Tool Bézier scored cutting line.
6) Select the cut line and went to the Trip (Stroke in Inkscape 0.46) / edge way.
7) Then I selected that is both cutting line and the object to be cut.
8) I was to sketch (Stroke in Inkscape 0.46)) / short route. Objects are missing.
9) immediately went to "Fill & Border" and painted the figures that were invisibles.Es important to do then taking the objects seemingly "invisible" selected.
remained separate the cat and the dog forming two objects. In this particular case it is necessary to regroup elements of each object. Testing with other figures of various colors or composed of many strokes I have found it necessary to add a tenth step (as indicated by Angel on their website): Select one of the resulting objects and go to "Object / group to have all parties together.
After applying the detailed process to one of the items I got from the vectorization I did the same to the other two objects was well down to three cats and three dogs, all separated. With all of them composed the image that started this post.
So much exercised.
greet and keep learning.
