1) First open Inkscape and type your text.
2) Then select it and let Path / Object to Path . In this step we have become a way.
3) Then draw the perspective we want to have the text with the tool to draw Bezier curves . This step is important to address and sense of line is drawn and that this depends on the perspective that has the text.
I followed the following order:

4) After select the text first, then the stroke and click on Extensions / Edit Trip / Outlook.
5) Then text appears in the offing.
6) Then we clear the line we draw.
To figure that started this post I drew a star with the values \u200b\u200bshown in the picture below.
Next the copied and pasted several times. I changed the colors, the resulting star. After the above I placed a red background, overlapping. Finally I placed the text in perspective.
Then they can observe other environment painted in Gimp with mixing tool.
